The title “Create the Crossover” was chosen to be a picture of what we want to see happen in people’s lives. To cross someone over on the basketball floor you have to change speed and change direction. Once you shake your defender, you have to leave him behind and attack the defense. You can’t simply keep doing the same thing in the same way if you want to beat your opponent to the basket.
In the same way we want to see a change created in lives that propels people past the things that keep them from greatness. “The Crossover” is a transition into something greater; to leave a mediocre life and strive for greatness. At Ball for Lives we live for something much bigger than ourselves. Our desire is to spread that life with others.
