Last year Create the Crossover took 5 seniors from 3 different public high schools to the Dominican Republic instead of their prom weekends! These seniors joined us as we served in an elderly home and orphanages throughout the island. You can see the inspiring pictures from last year’s trip here: Dominican Republic Prom Trip 2011

Occh and Wilfredo (one of the seniors who came with us last May) went back in December to revisit the same widows and orphans and prepare a trip for the class of 2012. Here’s some of the video footage from the trip (special thanks to our own Giuliana Zoino!)

Now we have another 5 seniors ready to skip their proms and prom weekends to join us again in the Domincan Repbulic! These amazing seniors are ready to bring the love of God with them as Create the Crossover is able to serve in the same elderly home and orphanages for the third time in a year. Pray for these seniors that God would do great things in their lives and the people they will be serving!

Kevin Grullon: Bayonne High School
Steven Granados: Memorial High School, West New York
Marilin Lizbeth Guzman: Teaneck High School
Ariana Castillo: Bayonne High School
Olivia Plocinski: Governor Livinston High School, Berkeley Heights

May we always share the love of Jesus as He continues to give us opportunities to love the orphans and widows of the Domincan Republic.
